Casa da Vida Montessori School welcomes passionate, committed, and growth-oriented educators who wish to build their careers in a high-fidelity Montessori environment. Qualified applicants may receive full sponsorship for AMS/MACTE Montessori teacher training in exchange for a commitment to teach at Casa da Vida for an agreed period. Our teachers are expected to embrace Montessori principles, remain open to continuous learning and mentorship, and uphold a professional, respectful, and child-centered approach in the classroom.

We are looking for applicants who:

• Are willing to undergo AMS/MACTE Montessori teacher training

• Are committed to practicing and upholding Montessori principles and standards

• Are graduates of Education or related fields; fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Are fluent in both English and Filipino, in speaking and writing

• Demonstrate strong communication, professionalism, reliability, and teamwork

• Are open to feedback, classroom observation, mentoring, and continuous professional development

• Have a genuine interest in working with children and supporting their independence, confidence, and love of learning

Prior Montessori experience is not required, provided the applicant is willing to learn, train, and fully commit to the Montessori approach.
