Cancellation Policy

To ensure a meaningful and well-organized experience for all participants, please read the following carefully: Registration & Confirmation - This session is exclusively for new and prospective parents with children aged 16 months to 6 years old. - Limited to 30 participants per session only. - Slots are confirmed on a first-come, first-paid basis. - Submission of this form does not guarantee a slot until payment has been received and verified. Session Fee - The ₱100 fee is per person (1 entry only). - Each registered participant must complete a separate registration if attending individually. Cancellations & Transfers - No cancellations or refunds will be accommodated. - However, your slot may be transferred to another parent if you are unable to attend. - Please inform us in advance if you will be transferring your slot. Attendance - Please arrive on time to fully benefit from the session. - Late arrivals may not be accommodated once the session has started, in consideration of all participants. Raffle Giveaway - All confirmed participants will be eligible for the raffle. - The winner of the Movable Alphabet (worth ₱7,800) will be announced after the May 9 session. - The winner must be present during the registered session to claim the prize. - The winner will be notified through the contact details provided in this form. - The winner’s name will also be announced on Casa da Vida Montessori’s official social media pages. - By registering, you give consent for your name to be publicly posted in the event that you are selected as the winner.
